What People are Saying
“Our family has been seeing Melissa Hermann, MA, with Emerge Counseling for over a year. She has been a true professional, and always has the family's best interest in mind, and, in our case, the child's well-being. Melissa’s outlook on family dynamics, and approach to family therapy is clear, pragmatic, and subtly tough. Our family would be lost without her perception, and guidance. We consider her irreplaceable and hold her in the highest regards.”
“I’ve read the books, I’ve attended self-help classes and meetings. They helped but what has impacted my way of thinking and changed my behavior is seeing Melissa. Her method of help is not to only counsel but to give me tools to help myself. She has gone out of her way to make sure my mental health is thriving. I am grateful for her knowledge and wisdom.”
“Melissa has helped me identify my past trauma, recognize how it plays out in my every day relationships and has helped me understand my true identity giving me direction to move forward to a new way of living.”
